Device Compatibility and Platform Terms

Durioo+ Services are accessible only through “Authorized Devices.” An Authorized Device is defined as a personal computer, electronic tablet, mobile phone, or specific media streaming device/smart television that has been certified by Durioo to access the Durioo+ App or Website. For Android-based hardware, “Authorized Devices” refers strictly to Google-certified devices.
The official web portal for Durioo+ is https://www.duriooplus.com. Users can access, manage accounts, and stream content through supported modern web browsers on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Native application support is optimized for specific manufacturers and model years. To ensure a stable viewing experience, the Durioo+ App (Lite Version) is supported on:
LG TV: Models from the year 2020 and newer.
Samsung TV: Models from the years 2022 through 2025.
Users with models older than those listed above may not be able to download, install, or stream via the native TV app.
Durioo+ is compatible with the following platforms:
TV Boxes/Sticks: Android TV (Google-certified), Apple TV, Roku, Chromecast, Mi Stick, Mi Box, and Fire TV.
Direct Connection: Streaming via HDMI connection from a supported laptop or PC to a television.
The Durioo+ App is available for download on the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Users are responsible for maintaining their device operating systems at the minimum versions required by the respective app stores to ensure app functionality.
Free Tier Device Limitations:
6.1 Platform Exclusion: Access to “Free-Watch” (Free Tier) content is strictly limited to the Durioo+ Website and the Durioo+ Mobile/Tablet App.
6.2 TV Limitation: The Free Tier is not available on any Television platforms, including Smart TV native apps and media streaming devices (e.g., Android TV, Roku, Fire TV).
6.3 Concurrent Streams: Free Tier accounts are limited to one (1) Authorized Device and one (1) concurrent stream at any time.
Accessing Durioo+ Services via non-supported, modified, “jailbroken,” or unauthorized hardware is strictly prohibited. Durioo does not guarantee the security or functionality of the service on such devices and reserves the right to terminate access for accounts using unauthorized hardware.
It is the user’s sole responsibility to verify that their hardware, model year, and software version are compatible with Durioo+ prior to purchasing a subscription. Incompatibility with non-supported devices does not constitute grounds for a refund under our Refund & Compensation Policy.
Keserasian Peranti dan Terma Platform

Perkhidmatan Durioo+ hanya boleh diakses melalui “Peranti Sah.” Peranti Sah ditakrifkan sebagai komputer peribadi, tablet elektronik, telefon bimbit, atau peranti penstriman media/televisyen pintar tertentu yang telah diperakui oleh Durioo untuk mengakses Aplikasi atau Laman Web Durioo+. Bagi perkakasan berasaskan Android, “Peranti Sah” merujuk secara khusus kepada peranti yang diperakui oleh Google.
Portal web rasmi untuk Durioo+ ialah https://www.duriooplus.com. Pengguna boleh mengakses, mengurus akaun, dan menstrim kandungan melalui pelayar web moden yang disokong pada Windows, macOS, dan Linux.
Sokongan aplikasi asli (native app) dioptimumkan untuk pengeluar dan tahun model tertentu. Bagi memastikan pengalaman tontonan yang stabil, Aplikasi Durioo+ (Versi Lite) disokong pada:
LG TV: Model dari tahun 2020 dan ke atas.
Samsung TV: Model dari tahun 2022 sehingga 2025.
Pengguna dengan model yang lebih lama daripada yang disenaraikan di atas mungkin tidak dapat memuat turun, memasang, atau menstrim melalui aplikasi TV asli.
Durioo+ serasi dengan platform berikut:
TV Box/Sticks: Android TV (diperakui Google), Apple TV, Roku, Chromecast, Mi Stick, Mi Box, dan Fire TV.
Sambungan Terus: Penstriman melalui sambungan HDMI daripada komputer riba atau PC yang disokong ke televisyen.
Aplikasi Durioo+ boleh dimuat turun di Apple App Store (iOS) dan Google Play Store (Android). Pengguna bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan sistem operasi peranti mereka sentiasa dikemas kini mengikut versi minimum yang diperlukan oleh stor aplikasi masing-masing bagi memastikan kefungsian aplikasi.
Had Peranti Pelan Percuma (Free Tier):
6.1 Pengecualian Platform: Akses kepada kandungan “Free-Watch” (Pelan Percuma) adalah terhad secara eksklusif kepada Laman Web Durioo+ dan Aplikasi Mudah Alih/Tablet Durioo+.
6.2 Had TV: Pelan Percuma tidak tersedia di mana-mana platform Televisyen, termasuk aplikasi asli TV Pintar dan peranti penstriman media (contohnya: Android TV, Roku, Fire TV).
6.3 Penstriman Serentak: Akaun Pelan Percuma dihadkan kepada satu (1) Peranti Sah dan satu (1) penstriman serentak pada satu-satu masa.
Mengakses perkhidmatan Durioo+ melalui perkakasan yang tidak disokong, diubah suai, “jailbroken,” atau tidak sah adalah dilarang sama sekali. Durioo tidak menjamin keselamatan atau kefungsian perkhidmatan pada peranti sedemikian dan berhak untuk menamatkan akses bagi akaun yang menggunakan perkakasan yang tidak sah.
Adalah menjadi tanggungjawab penuh pengguna untuk mengesahkan bahawa perkakasan, tahun model, dan versi perisian mereka serasi dengan Durioo+ sebelum melanggan. Ketidakserasian dengan peranti yang tidak disokong tidak akan dianggap sebagai asas untuk tuntutan bayaran balik di bawah Polisi Bayaran Balik & Pampasan kami.
